Performance characteristics
1. High reliability: The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature controller, which is easy to maintain and improves the safety and reliability of transformer operation. Small partial discharge: The winding is wound with copper wire or copper foil, filled and wrapped with fiberglass felt, and wound with epoxy resin in a vacuum state. After curing, it forms a sturdy cylindrical whole, with small partial discharge and high reliability. Simultaneously flame retardant, explosion-proof, and non polluting to the environment.
2. Strong resistance to sudden short circuits: The high-voltage winding of the product is made of epoxy resin vacuum casting, with small partial discharge and high electrical strength of the coil. The inner and outer walls of the winding are made of fiberglass mesh plates, which increases the mechanical strength of the coil and improves the product's ability to resist sudden short circuits.
3. Low cost: The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a three-stage fully inclined seam structure. The surface is coated with epoxy resin, reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and iron core noise.
4. Strong short-circuit resistance: The high-voltage winding of the product is made of epoxy resin vacuum casting, with small partial discharge and high electrical strength of the coil. The inner and outer walls of the winding are made of fiberglass mesh plates, which increases the mechanical strength of the coil and improves the product's short-circuit resistance.
5. Good thermal stability: The coil and lead wire are made of copper wire, and axial air ducts are added inside the coil, leaving sufficient temperature rise margin. 6. Low temperature rise, long service life: The product has low temperature rise, strong heat dissipation ability, and can operate at 150% of rated load under forced air cooling conditions. An optional temperature control and protection system with comprehensive performance can provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of transformers.
7. Maintenance free: Dry type transformers have no oil, and 1250kva dry-type transformers are reasonably priced, eliminating the need for regular oil changes and maintenance of the product.

1. Installation location: indoor;
2. Altitude: less than 1000 meters (special design is required when it is greater than 1000 meters);
3. Environmental temperature: -25 ºC~+40 ºC;
4. The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately a sine wave; The three-phase power supply voltage is roughly symmetrical;
5. Maximum relative humidity: 95% (25 ºC);
6. Seismic resistance: Ground horizontal acceleration of 0.3g, ground vertical acceleration of 0.15g, simultaneously acting for three sine waves, with a safety factor of ≥ 1.67;
7. Ability to work normally in indoor environments around the clock;
8. Workplace: No fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion level severe vibration environment.
For both air-cooled and forced air-cooled transformers, it is necessary to ensure that the transformer has good ventilation capacity. When transformers are installed in basements or other environments with poor ventilation capacity, heat dissipation and ventilation devices must be added. Protection levels include IP00, IP20, IP23, and other types.
When the altitude is greater than 1000 meters or the ambient temperature is greater than 40 ºC or less than -25 ºC, the product must adjust the relevant rated values in accordance with the requirements of GB1094.11 Power Transformers - Part 11: Dry type Transformers.
