1. Asynchronous motor

Product Introduction
The YKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor produced by Shanghai Zhiyou Company is a closed squirrel cage rotor asynchronous motor with air air cooling. It has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance.

The high-voltage motor adopts a box structure, and the machine base is welded from steel plates, which is light in weight and strong in rigidity. A closed air air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, making it easy to disassemble and repair. The stator adopts a press fit structure, and the stator winding adopts F-class insulation material with reliable fixed binding at the end. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple turn to turn pulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and has been treated with advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint technology (VPI) imported from abroad. Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, with good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance. 2. Synchronous motor
The TK series three-phase AC synchronous motor produced by Shanghai Zhiyou Company is used to drive large machinery with constant speed. Such as fans, compressors, ball mills, water pumps, rolling mills, etc. This series of motors has advanced power factor, which is conducive to improving the power factor of the power grid. It has high stability operation, overload capacity greater than the corresponding asynchronous motors, speed does not change with the load, and high operating efficiency.

The rated voltage of this series of motors is 6000V, and can be made into 10000V according to user requirements. The rated power factor is 0.9 (leading). The motor allows direct starting at full voltage, and the rotor circuit should be connected in series with a starting resistance that is 10 times the resistance of the magnetic field winding during starting.

The TK series synchronous motor has a horizontal structure. The cooling methods include upper water cooling, self fan cooling, pipe or semi pipe ventilation, and closed self circulating ventilation. This series of synchronous motors can be made with one end shaft extension or both ends shaft extension. The rotation direction is counterclockwise when viewed from the collector ring end. 3. High voltage submersible motor

This series of large and medium high and low voltage submersible pump three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for integration with large and medium water pumps, for underwater pumping, discharging, and filling (or similar purposes), with a running power of 110kW~1400kW for large and medium high and low voltage submersible pump three-phase asynchronous motors (frame numbers 315~710) (hereinafter referred to as motors). The motor is a fully enclosed air-cooled motor with an external water-cooled casing. The interior of the motor adopts a combination of axial and centrifugal fans for ventilation. This special cooling method determines that the temperature field distribution of submersible motors is different from other motors. Accurate calculation and research provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the cooling system of submersible motors, and lay a strong foundation for the safe and efficient operation of motors in the future.

Submersible electric pump is a centrifugal water pump that uses an electric motor as the prime mover and is applied in important occasions such as sewage treatment and water conservancy engineering. With the increasing demand for submersible pumps in terms of flow rate and head in the market, the corresponding motor power is also gradually increasing. If low-voltage motors are still used for driving, corresponding high currents, large cables, etc. will also follow. However, the weight of the cable itself brings great inconvenience to its wiring and fixing, and the increase in cable size also adds difficulty to the sealing of the outgoing cable. If a high-voltage motor that can operate normally 5 meters underwater can be found, the above problems can be solved, and high-voltage submersible motors have emerged as a result.

The electromagnetic design of high-voltage submersible motors is similar to that of ordinary compact high-voltage motors. As the motor operates in water, its heat dissipation performance is better than that of compact high-voltage motors. Therefore, high-voltage submersible motors can take higher electromagnetic loads, but the starting torque and maximum torque of the motor should be checked according to the operating characteristics of the electric pump.

Maximum torque multiple:

Water pump loads are generally considered to have minimal load fluctuations and do not have high requirements for maximum torque multiples. However, based on analysis of on-site and factory repaired electric pumps, it was found that debris entered the volute and jammed the impeller, resulting in frequent burning of the machine. The debris mainly consisted of small branches, broken cloth strips, etc. If similar debris enters the volute, it can be immediately interrupted or cut off by the impeller, which will effectively improve the operational reliability of the electric pump. Therefore, at the moment when the impeller is processing debris, it is required that the electric pump drive motor provide a large torque. After extensive experimental verification (cutting pump), when the maximum torque multiple of the motor is increased to 2.0 or above, it can reduce the burning caused by such problems by 60%.

Bearing design:
The submersible motor shaft and pump body share the same shaft, and the motor bearings bear not only the weight of the motor rotor, but also the weight of the pump body and the axial force during pump operation. The selection of bearings is one of the differences between submersible high-voltage motors and ordinary high-voltage motors. The force on the shaft is fed back to the bearing, and the force on the shaft can be equivalent to the bearing force.

Cooling method:
The dry submersible motor is a fully enclosed air cooled and shell water cooled motor, which uses a combination of axial and centrifugal fans for ventilation inside the motor. This special cooling method determines that the temperature field distribution of submersible motors is different from other motors.

Structure:
The dry submersible motor is a fully dry sealed structure, mainly used for assembling submersible pumps.
The interior of the dry submersible motor is filled with air, similar to a regular protective three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor shaft extension end adopts a dynamic mechanical seal to effectively prevent moisture and dampness from entering the interior of the motor, in order to keep the interior of the motor dry. Some dry submersible motors have an air chamber at the bottom. When the motor dives into the water, the air in the air chamber is compressed by water pressure, and the air pressure increases, forming an air cushion structure or air seal structure to prevent moisture from entering the interior of the submersible motor, providing dual protection for the motor and greatly improving its reliability. Its main structural features are as follows:
(1) The internal structure of a dry-type submersible motor is basically the same as that of a regular three-phase asynchronous motor, except that the winding insulation needs to be strengthened with moisture-proof treatment and a humidity monitor needs to be placed inside.
(2) The reliability of the mechanical seal structure at the shaft extension end is a key factor affecting the lifespan of dry submersible motors. Due to the year-round operation of dry submersible motors underwater, the sealing structure of the motor is relatively complex, and the manufacturing process and installation requirements are relatively high.
(3) When the dry submersible motor operates in water containing sand or other corrosive impurities, the service life of the mechanical seals on both sides of the shaft extension end will be greatly affected, thereby affecting the reliability and service life of the dry submersible motor operation.


4. DC motor
The DC motor designed and produced by Shanghai Zhiyou Company is a medium-sized DC motor developed by our company using the latest design and manufacturing technology. At present, the frame size of this series of motors ranges from 315 to 710mm, with a power of 60KW to 12000KW. The installation dimensions, performance, and technical requirements of this series of motors fully comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T9577 "Technical Conditions for Z-Series Medium sized DC Motors" and GB/T755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines".

This series of DC motors is suitable for various mechanical transmission sources such as metal rolling mill main drive, coiler unit main drive, sugar press, transmission main drive, cement rotary kiln drive, rubber extrusion machinery, etc.

The base of this series of motors adopts a thin steel plate polygonal laminated structure, which has the advantages of small volume and light weight. Characteristics of motor structure

The electric motor adopts a box shaped structure, and the base is welded into a box shape from steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. Install an air to air cooler on the top of the motor, with inlet and outlet air temperature gauges.

The stator adopts an external pressure structure, and the stator winding adopts 155 (F) grade insulation material. The 10kV motor adopts reliable anti corona measures, and the winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI). Therefore, the motor has good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance, and long service life.

The squirrel cage rotor has two structures: cast aluminum and copper bars, which are manufactured using advanced and reliable cast aluminum or welding processes, and have undergone dynamic balance verification. Therefore, the motor runs smoothly and reliably. Motors with frame numbers 355-500 and 560-630 have 2-8 pole squirrel cage rotors all made of cast aluminum structure, while motors with frame numbers 560-630 have 10 pole and above copper bar rotors.

The bearings are in two forms: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. Their protection level is IP54 or IP55, and the rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices.

The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Both the inside and outside of the junction box are equipped with separate grounding terminals. When the power is ≥ 2000kW, the motor is equipped with a neutral point junction box.


Install temperature measuring devices in important parts such as stator windings and bearings for remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.

On site operating conditions of the motor
The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC.
The minimum ambient air temperature should not be lower than -15 ºC, and the minimum ambient temperature for motors with sliding bearings or air water cooling should not be lower than 0 ºC.
Tolerance values for voltage and frequency:
Electric motors can operate continuously within ± 5% of rated voltage and ± 2% of rated frequency, and achieve their basic functions. However, their performance may differ from that at rated voltage and frequency, and the temperature rise may be higher than that at rated voltage and frequency.

Motor starting requirements
When the driven machinery is a water pump or fan equipment, the user's power grid must ensure that the motor terminal voltage during the starting process is not less than 85% of the rated voltage.
Under the above conditions, the motor is allowed to start continuously twice in the actual cold state, or once in the hot state. The motor should stop naturally between the two starts, and any additional restart should be done after 1 hour of shutdown.
